Roll-Off Dumpster Rental
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Typical materials
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Roll-off containers for contractors, trades and homeowners. Sized by what you are throwing away, delivered where the work is, hauled when you call.
Side elevation, real feet
All four are 8′ wide. What changes is length and wall height — and the tonnage you can legally put inside.
Pick a size to see what it suits.
We place construction dumpsters for general contractors, roofers, concrete and excavation crews, remodelers, property managers and homeowners. One number, one set of terms, and a container on site wherever the job is.
Disposal is a local business pretending to be a national one. Tipping fees, permit rules and haul distances change from county to county, which is why a single nationwide price list would be fiction. We quote against the facility that will actually receive your load, then tell you the tonnage allowance before you book rather than after the scale ticket comes back.
Weight is what costs money, not volume. Pick the work below and the sizing follows.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
Four steps, and the only one people get caught by is the last.
One call sizes the container. What you are throwing away matters more than how much of it there is, because a concrete load hits its weight limit long before it fills the box.
Driveway, street or lot. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance for the truck to roll a container off. Street placement in most cities needs a right-of-way permit, and we will tell you what yours asks for.
Same-day delivery is often available on calls placed before about 10am. The driver sets boards under the rails on request so the container does not mark your concrete.
Keep debris level with the top rail. An overloaded container is unsafe to tarp and the driver cannot legally haul it. Call when you are done and we pull it, or swap it for an empty if the job is still running.
Weight is what costs money, not volume. A container of broken slab reaches its legal haul weight at roughly a third full, while the same box of cabinetry and carpet will never get close. We ask what you are throwing away first.
Every quote carries a written tonnage allowance. Overage is billed at the actual disposal rate for that county with the scale ticket attached. We do not mark up tipping fees or invent an administration charge for them.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it afterwards.
On demolition and heavy-accumulation work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.

Every container is 8 feet wide. Length and wall height are what change, along with the tonnage you can legally load.
| Size | L × W × H | Included tons | Pickup loads | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | 12′ × 8′ × 3.5′ | 2 - 3 | 3 - 4 | Heavy inert loads: concrete, brick, dirt. Small bath or kitchen gut. |
| 20 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 4.5′ | 3 - 4 | 6 - 8 | Roof tear-offs up to about 30 squares. Mid-size remodels. Garage cleanouts. |
| 30 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 6′ | 4 - 5 | 9 - 12 | Whole-home renovations, framing waste, mixed demolition debris. |
| 40 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 8′ | 5 - 6 | 14 - 16 | Commercial tear-outs, large demolition, bulky light debris. |
We arrange containers nationwide through a hauler network, with local pricing in each market. Browse the state directories for city-level coverage, or call with your ZIP and the debris type and we will confirm availability and price in about a minute.
It depends on the container size, the debris type and the disposal rate in your county, which is why we do not publish a single national price. Tell us the debris and the ZIP and you get a firm number with the tonnage allowance in it.
For heavy inert debris such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, order a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and general cleanout, order by volume and go one size up.
Next-day delivery is standard. Same-day is often possible on calls placed before about 10am, depending on where the trucks already are that morning.
Wet paint, solvents, automotive fluids, asbestos-containing material, tires, batteries, propane tanks, un-evacuated refrigerant appliances and medical waste. These limits are set by the receiving facility, not by us.
Tell us the debris type and the ZIP code. We will size it, quote it and tell you honestly whether same-day is possible.
